Acceptable, but with issues

The room was clean enough, a relief after a long day of travel.
The cost of the room felt excessive considering its small size and basic amenities. This added to my frustration. I found the lack of clear signage to reception upon arrival irritating and not a great start to the stay.

The coach driver was very cute at the airport despite the bad weather. He set the tone for the team and provided a fabulous level of service. I had a plus room and was very happy with it. Dinner was enjoyable and Boden was very charming and helpful.
The pillows were very hard and caused some neck problems. The hotel had no other pillow to swap. I found the cleanliness could be better. It all seems worn and not very nice.

the location was good for access to the airport.
The room itself needed some attention. The bathroom fan didn't work, so the mirror was always steamed up. i also found a chipped mug that was a safety hazard. breakfast was a letdown. The bananas were overripe, and the replacements were just as bad.
